A blogger support group is a group created specifically with bloggers in mind. The aim of a blogger support group is to help existing bloggers promote and earn more from their blogs, and to get new and aspiring bloggers started on their journey.
Blogger Support Group
Your neighbor a few blocks down the road earns handsomely from blogging, all from the comforts of their home.
You might have encountered an advertisement or article that sparked your interest while browsing the Internet. ‘You can make money online blogging’. That’s the headline of the article and it’s no joke.
People are now aware that they can secure a full-time income online, and one way to make that happen is through blogging.
There’s NO SECRET or hot sauce to blogging. Period. However, there are steps that you need to take to get the ball rolling and important skills to acquire for the ride.
The Meticulous Blogger is the community I’ve created to share my knowledge of the industry and strategies I’ve used to manage several online businesses since 2013.
I’ve built my clients’ businesses but grossly neglected my own ventures. No more! The tables have turned.
2018 will be a selfish year. My blows will be directed toward my blogging business, while helping you get set up and live the life you want.
What ‘The Meticulous Blogger’ Isn’t About
“Fake it until you make it”. No, that’s not me. The Meticulous Blogger is about real people with real problems in the blogosphere.
You’ll find no pretense here. What you will find is a group of people with diverse passions, expertise, and perspectives who want to blog and earn from it.
If you know someone who’s making a great deal from their blog, you don’t have to pretend that yours is thriving. Wish them well! You can get there, but only by being real and focused on your aspirations. The grass is always greener on the other side, eh?
“Make six figures by using my strategy”. I cannot find words to express my loathing for those headlines.
I’ll be real with you – blogging takes work. The competition is real but there’s something in it for everyone.
The strategies I use for my blog may not bring you the same results I get. Ultimately, after soaking up all the information you can online, you’ll have to create a strategy of your own that works. Did I mention the competition is real?
Some people start earning from their blog in a few months while others take up to a year. You’ll have to stand out and create content that people will love and BE CONSISTENT. This is a business, so show up and BLOW UP.
In this group, you’ll never ever come across a “make six figures by using my strategy” thread. If it’s posted by someone, it will be deleted.
“Your blog sucks and no one will read it”. That attitude will not be tolerated in this group. Anyone who maligns another blogger, will eventually be ousted.
This group is not about deflating others. If we disagree and would like to provide corrections, we do so respectfully. If children know how to get along, we can too.
What ‘The Meticulous Blogger’ Is About
The Meticulous Blogger is a support system. If it’s blog related, you’ll find it here. This is a group to support bloggers and we welcome questions, regardless of how ridiculous you think it is.
I don’t promise that I’ll have the answers to every question you’ll ask, but we’ll figure it out, together. There are some systems I’ve never used or platforms I haven’t tapped into. I’m not afraid to say that I have no idea what you’re talking about.
I’m old school. While automation is useful and time-efficient, I like to add a touch of human to what I do.
Rules of The Meticulous Blogger’s Facebook Support Group
There aren’t many rules here, but I do ask that you remain mindful of the following:
- Criticism must be constructive. You won’t always have something nice to say, but can it be done in a respectable way? Dignify the person.
- Post a question whenever they come, but also use the theme days wisely.
- No self-promotion. We would love to check out your blog, and if it’s an article you find useful, share in the comments, not the post.
- Respect each other. No matter how much you’d love to give another blogger a piece of that hot and saucy mind, think before you act.
- Make it a good one. We all can learn from each other. Don’t view your fellow bloggers as competitions. We are all trying to eat and provide for our families.
So… without boring you further, WELCOME to The Meticulous Blogger’s Facebook Group where we publish, connect, and grow.
